Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 283 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Im having a similar problem like the post below me... I exercise 1 hr and 30 mins everyday except weekends and I gained two pounds...(45 mins strength training and 45 mins of cardio). I dont know if its because Im bloated because of my monthly but I'm a bit sad.... I get bloated for about 2 weeks out of the month but this has got me down... however my clothes are fitting better, My thighs are lifting, the neck bulge thing is almost non-existant anymore and my stomach is going down very well including the pooch but my scale is peeing me off!!!

remember, muscle weighs more than fat. don't go by the scale. if you look and feel better, then it's working.
Eventually it't go down, you're just gaining muscle and losing fat right now.
congrats though, seems as though you've gotten far to realise your clothes are fitting better.
