Ht. 5'1", Start: 214 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - ok so i started weight watchers during the summer. it worked really well. i was a size 18/20 and now im down to a 14. i have slacked off a ton since school has started and especially during thanksgiving and my birthday. i asked for the jillian michaels fitness ultimatium wii game for christmas but i dont know if im going to get it. this summer i walked a mile everyday and i think that is what helped me a tremendous amount. but now, since its gotten colder and it gets dark earlier i dont walk. i dont have any exercise eqiupment in my house and i just dont know what to do! im a very picky eater and its hard to find diet food that i like! i babysit everyday after school and the family that i sit for is like sticks! they dont gain any weight but they eat tons and tons of junk food so they dont have anything healthy for me to snack on while im over there. im getting so discouraged. i want to look good for prom, graduation, and my senior trip to the beach this summer. i know all my friends will be out on the beach in their bikinis and i dont want to feel out of place with them. any help will be great! thanks!

Diet foods are bad. You don't need them. Just watch your calorie, protein, and carb intake. (Oh, and fat, of course.) I wouldn't go over 50-100 carbs myself. Remember, carbs break down into sugar. I would suggest getting a nice amount of protein and calcium. I'm a very picky eater too, and I do not have any exercise equip. in my home. either. I know how you feel. :)
