Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I know how every over weight teen feels not wanting to go to school scared to tell people how much u weigh. well its not just that u feel left out because u cant wear what the 85-120 pound people wear. well my story is that i have been over weight my whole life but i have been trying to loose weight because i am sick of people teasing me. i started to take a 2 mile walk every day for about 4 weeks and stoped and then i watched what i ate and started to walk again and it was magic i lost 20 pounds. Now i walk 3 miles and watch what i eat and can not seem to loose any weight if anyone takes the time to read this and can help me pleese i beg u give some adivise

If what Claire suggested isnt working, try to eat more to give your metabolism a kick. Go out for supper or make something that is a bit higher fat, and that will boost your metabolism. Then go back to excersizing and watching what your eating

looks like you hit a plateau! it's ok, so have I :( it sucks but it just means that you have to change it up a bit...try doing some more exercise, maybe walk another extra mile? or do some more cardio, drink more water and cut back on the portions of your meals. Good luck!
