I was like wow I have a big butt cuz it was so big... Well Im fasting this week hopefully I lose weight... but everytime it's time for me to eat I eat a hell of a lot of food... to make up the time that I didnt eat... I have to do better tomorrow... lol but i'm down 10 lbs... so im happy... i can't wait to be in the 270's again... I know it still means im fat but I gain almost 20 lbs last year that's why Im happy... Oh now my b.f and I are not doing so well... I think we are about to break up :s >:) I have a back up one tho lol

Reply from Nicole, Age 18 - 01/06/09 - IP#: 67.60.227.xxx lol about the backup boyfriend ;) but you dont need to fast to lose weight. if you go for a week without eating and then start to eat again, your habits wont change. get a steady eating habit.. breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. nothing past dinner though. i set a limit for myself. no food or sodas after 8, only water. and dont forget to exercise! hope i helped!
