I weighed myself today and I couldn't believe how much i was! I mean I knew I was VERY FAT but i had no idea I was over 300! Thats the first time I've weighed myself in about a year because I was always too scared to see how much I gained. But I now realise that I need to do something about it, so this year Im going to try so hard to lose some weight. I really have no idea how though. I can hardly exercise because I'v got so big! Any ideas what I can do? I need help! I hope everyone else has a good start to the year! x

Maybe you have DDR, Wii, something else. Anything to get up and moving. Drink water, drink water, drink water. It helps a lot. Whatever you do, stay positive!
Reply from Michelle, Age 14 - 01/07/09 - IP#: 67.235.213.xxx hey Sarah if you go to mypyramid.gov you can put in your weight, age, and height and it gives you a plan to fellow mine was 2200 calories a day and 60 minutes of exercise (I weigh 208 pounds) but I only want to exercise for 30 minutes so I changed it so know I can eat 1500-1700 and 30 minutes of extercise this is my second week on this and its working pretty well so far
