It doesnt really work well for me though, I am supposed to eat more protain then carbs and fat, but im vegetarian. =.= It doesnt reall say andthing about it, and in the thirty day meal plan for my metabolic type there is meat in every meal.... And the exersize plan is kinda hard to follow, there a lot of exersizes in there that i dont know, and I need to learn them. So I think I am going to get down to 160 before I start that plan. So far today all I have had is a boca meatless chicken patty, with a slice of pepperjack cheese (no bun) and a cup of soy milk, so I think I will do okay. School starts again tomorrow, so we will see how that goes!

Reply from DancingDamsel, Age 13 - 01/27/09 - IP#: 74.225.199.xxx Yeah, personally, all these women yelling at you on videos (or through books) don't work for me either. I would suggest Latin workouts. They're mostly dancing (if you like dancing, like me...hence my name!) so they're fun. If you're talking books, I don't own those kind of books...just every other kind. (My mom has 22 bookcases in total...6 ft. ones..)But what book is this? It sounds cool...the metabolism part and such.
Reply from Hali, Age 15 - 01/19/09 - IP#: 74.5.167.xxx Oh No, I get enough protein, I have my supplements and everything, ive been vegetarian for a long time. I was just refering to how its kind of ironic that I am supposed to eat the most meat and im vegetarian.
Reply from Taylor, Age 15 - 01/19/09 - IP#: 75.66.64.xxx Well, I think you're REALLY supposed to eat that much protein when you're trying to lose weight, because you NEED that much. There are protein supplements, vitamins and such you can buy to help out with that since you are a vegitarian, and I know it can be hard to get enough protein. But if you feel that book may not work well for you their are lots of weight loss books out there for teenagers and younger people who would like to lose weight.
