Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 152 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - I think i might be stuck on a plateau... so im going to weigh myself right now. and then i'm going to weigh myself again saturday night and see if theres any difference. if there is, i'm going to stick to my current diet. if not, then i'm going to try the calorie shifting method. that might work. I'm not too sure though. so we'll see.

You need to weigh yourself in the morning after you go to the bathroom and before you eat anything. The weight will be the most accurate then.
