Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - K guys, I'm so freakin' pissed at myself. This week hasn't been too great, and I havent been keepin' up with the strict healthy eating plan and exercise plan I had for myself, and I gained 2 pounds back. :( Freakin' angry. But this week will be better. After I get done typin this lovely message, I'm gonna go eat a light dinner..some salad and some fruit. I'm not hungry for anything else. Then I'm gonna go walkin' on the tredmile. AND I'm gonna go swallow ten gallons of water...haha jk, just a waterbottle or two. Love y'all. Good luck this week. Next mini goal: 165

right. they're just substitues...for swear words. *dum-dee-dum-dum-dum-dum*!!!! :-P ;) but forget it. i was just saying. i don't like substitues or the real thing...but you don't have to change the disgusting way you talk for me.
