From brooke, Age 14 - 01/28/09 - IP#: 67.84.165.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'2.5", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - okay so i've been overweight since about 5th grade-6th grade, then in 7th grade i had a great body without exercise but i think it was because i didnt eat alot. but then in 8th grade i gained about 20 pounds and now in 9th grade i gained about 10 more so i want to get to 110 by summer or my sophomore year because i want to have a school year when i finally dont have to obsess about my weight. the weight gain has affected my self esteem majorly, my attitudes towards people and i've become a couch potato from not wanting tohang out with my friends anymore. i need someones help on here to get back on track. i want to start on suday february 1st. someone please help me please

Reply from DancingDamsel, Age 13 - 01/28/09 - IP#: 74.225.199.xxx oops, replied to the wrong one. lol. to yours: if you need to ^ your self esteem, focus on something other than your weight. something really awesome about you. your naturally shiny hair, your muscular calves, your long nails...your awesome personality, even. always think something good about yourself when you get discouraged about your weight and think: "When I lose weight, I'll have something else awesome to add to my list of awesomeness."
