Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 130 lb - So... I've decided its time to try and lose some weight again. My bf (who lives 1,000 miles away) isn't coming up here for a while so i've decided that i'll surprise him with a slim me next time he's here. So today I splurged, but I've been trying to think about what i put into my body. not necesarrily amount wise, but nutrition wise. Tomorrow i'll work on portion controll and drinking more fluids. I don't get that much excersise cause most of them are so boring...so any ideas? I would appriciate any! Thanks =D

turn your radio on while ur cleaning ur room...i would say and groove but that wouls sound weird. dance while ur cleaning it makes it alot more fun and a good way to burn more calories.

Yeah maybe...
we've got a foot of snow here so the bike riding is out lol
but other things might work. I might just clean my room. Thats a intense workout lol

dancing is not boring. bike riding intensely somewhere scenic is not boring. working out with friends is not boring. there are thousands of possibilites.
