Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 130 lb - So... I've decided its time to try and lose some weight again. My bf (who lives 1,000 miles away) isn't coming up here for a while so i've decided that i'll surprise him with a slim me next time he's here. So today I splurged, but I've been trying to think about what i put into my body. not necesarrily amount wise, but nutrition wise. Tomorrow i'll work on portion controll and drinking more fluids. I don't get that much excersise cause most of them are so boring...so any ideas? I would appriciate any! Thanks =D
