I'm going to get back into my exercising everynight and focous. I haven't weighed myself so I don't know how much I've gained...but I decided I was losing weight and it made me happy and I want to be happy with my body so I am going to do this. good luck everyone. =)

I lost quite a bit of weight over the summer, by dieting and exercising, but as soon as school started and I reverted back to my old (horrible) eating, sleeping and lazing habits, I gained all of the weight back. I was beyond depressed because of this, which only made me gain more weight. I just started a new school (I had to transfer), and I'm looking at this as a whole new chance and start for me. I started my diet only two days ago, but I really feel motivated to do this. I wish both you and I, as well as everyone else, much luck.
