guys i really neeed some good tips to lose weight fats, ivev been eating healthy but its very slow, and dont comment this if your just ognna say something like theres no such thing as fast weight loss
i need tips!

Do everything Amanda said.And if you feel self concious about working out in front of others,buy excersise tapes,training bike or a treadmill.You need atlest an hour of excersise a day.And walk alot with your friends,explore your town.Its very fun.Stop eating when your full.Your meals should be fist size.Yes,the stomach is a size of a fist :) Best wishes

eat between 1200-1500 calories a day of healthy food, and exercise between 20-45 mins per day, and you'll most likely lose anywhere between 1-4 pounds per week. anything more isn't good, and you'll most likely gain it back. but seriously, the exercise wil help tons, but 70% of your success is what you eat and how much. good luck!
