Reply from Montana, Age 16 - 03/17/09 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx Do multiple exercises. Do jumping jacks running in place squats pushups sit ups do a workout dvd if you can turn on music and dance go for a walk if you can. Do anything that works for you.
