I've been watching what i eat, exercising, everything, and havent lost a pound. I've been on weight watchers and when i was on that, i would lose up to 6 pounds a week. so going on 3 months of watching what i eat and exercising..shouldn't i be seeing a difference? ITS SO FRUSTRATING AND DISCOURAGING! help? please? just any ideas as to what i should do or if somethings wrong or anything. Thank you!
Reply from Veronica, Age 16 - 03/22/09 - IP#: 93.141.34.xxx Well,thats odd.Are taking any medications that are keeping you from losing weight?Maybe you should consult with a doctor or a nutritionist.Also,they should check your thyroid.Also,size of your meals are also important.They should be fist size,cause thats the size of your stomach.But first go to the doctor or a nutritionist.If you really wach what you eat and excercise regulary,there must be something more keeping you from losing weight.Best wishes =)
