It's so hard to stay on track. To be honest, I'm mortally surprised that I've lost 30lbs - I haven't been doing good at all. Like, I can't get motivated...and It's so hard to eat healthy when there isn't really any healthy things to eat in my house. And plus, we always have junk food. And they won't just replace the junk food for healthy food just for me...Ugh...what can I do to stay motivated and on track?

Find something else to replace snacking when u get that urge. The best way i know to stay motivated? Remember that we all need support and help sometimes, but you're the only one who can shed the weight.Best motivator i know...not being fat nemore. Hope i helped, but doubt it. Good luck.
