Ht. 5'2", Start: 166 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 110 lb - It is really hard for me to lose weight i am always stressed out and dont know what to do. I work out every week now but it seems i start to gain weight. Does anyone know what to do i am so lost.

its probably muscle, and if it is? thats GREAT yo fat will burn off even faster! :D

it's probably how you're eating. eat smaller servings of good food.
