Ht. 5'3", Start: 260 lb, Today: 260 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - So, I think I am the most weighing 14 year old on this whole website. I am starting dieting next week, for sure. No more "oh, I'll start next month." No, I am promising I am starting May 11, 2009. I need a diet plan can anyone help? I have looked at websites and all it said was "exercise" I don't have time to exercise with my school work. Can someone tell me what I should eat and stuff. I don't think that eating that way, Lisa, will help you get long-term results. I also don't think it's healthy.

Im 15 and a month ago i weighed 252 pounds.I am now 231 pound.
1.no meat
2.no fish.
3.no bread.
4.no eggs.
5.no ranch.
6.Dont drink any thing except for water.
I did this for the past month and lost over 20 pounds.I
