Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 231 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - So last month i was doing no meat,no fish,no bread,no eggs,no ranch and nothing to drink except water.
This month im switching it to:no meant,no bread,no potatoes,no chocolate,no ranch and nothing to drink except water.So i hope i can lose even more this month.

i really don't think it's smart to be dieting like that. after you've reached your goal, are you going to continue eating like that?? i doubt it. plus, i hope you're eating eggs and cheese for your protein. and, poatatoes have no fat at all when baked. (obviously, if you cake the butter on, it'll be heavy on fat)

fish is good for you, whole grain bread is good for you, egg whites are good for you, boneless, skinless chicken breasts are good for you, and some dark chocolate is good for you, you do not have to give that stuff up.
