Ht. 5'9", Start: 166 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 120 lb - well i lost 2 lbs so far..
but heres my new plan:
run 2 miles everyday for a month and have water, and if i want soda just a tiny bit.
and not so much starches
is that okay?

im beginning to think 120 is too low. and im almost 5.10
maybe 135

sounds great. but, and idk if i've told u this b4 (i'm sry if i have), i REALLLLLLLLYYYY think that 140 is better for a person is 5.9. Just, see how you look and then you can change your goal if you want to be thinner, ya know? it's just a suggestion, please, NO ONE bite my head off.
