Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 133 lb - okay so i know my overall goal weight is 110, but i want to start setting mini goals for myself. i weighed 134 at the beginning of the school year and i wanted to lose weight throughout the year however i gained weight. so i want to lose 5 pounds to weigh less than i did when i started. and i want to lose it by june 17 which is my last day of school. and hopefully during the summer which is about 12 weeks long, i'll be around 120. that's a reasonable goal right? hopefully i'm making sense haha

i'll look into it. :) have you seen the drop 10 lbs in a month plan on shape.com? they give you a 7-day meal plan for you to do the whole month (you can switch it up) and exercises, too. check it out!

yeah sounds pretty reasonable with me...just remember that this is your life and your the one that controls your weight...you can do it!! just stay concentrated and strong on your goals :D

hopefully shred will get me there too. but the reviews on amazon, well some, say that they lost no weight at all but others say that they lost alot. so i think i'm going add extra cardio. and after the shred, my 30 days will be over on my last day of school june 17, i'm gonna do the drop 10 pounds workout on fitness magazines website. maybe you should try it, so we could motivate eachother again possibly?

ur making sense, definitely. good luck with your journey. yeah, i'm aiming for 140 first and then I may go for 130-145. but, my mini-goal is 160 by the end of June. Hopefully, Shred will help me get there. ;-)
