In each circuit, you do 3 mins of strength, 2 mins of cardio, and 1 min of abs. Then, you do the rest of the circuits. Each circuit has different exercises. It's really quick (hard, though). There are also 3 levels. You do level 1 for 10 days (or however long it takes u to get used to it), level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days. i warn you: I say level 3 and it looks like boot camp gone worse, honestly. lol. At the end of 10 days, I'm gonna way myself. I'll let u all know how it turns out!
