Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Ok, so, I didn't eat extremely well while away and I haven't shredded since Saturday and...jeez, guys, I need some motivation--big time. And, also, I can't do anything tomorrow (dress rehearsal 10:00am-9:00pm) or the next day (production 9:00am-9:00pm). I'm going to shred today and then I guess I could shred tomorrow before, like, 9:00am?? Then, I'll shower, get ready, and do what I've got to do, I guess...

yup. it's pretty awesome but i'm getting sort of bored of the first level--so i'm trying the second today. >blows out cheeks< wish me luck...
