Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI: 41), Goal: 150 lb - Ok so on Monday I did a 2mile powerwalk (DVD), 30mins on the stationary bike, and 14mins of tae bo. Tues. I did 2hrs on the stationary bike, and a 2mile powerwalk. I feel like I should have done more on Monday but oh well atleast I got some exercise in. How's everyone else doing?

Thats great exercise! Keep it up and increase it a little over the weeks....like next week do 45 minutes on the stationary bike..or 45 minutes of walking. the more you increase it over time the more in shape you get.

im doing great..but hey your doing great too!! its way better than doing nothing...and alllso hows the whole boyfriend sabataging your diet thing? lol any better?
