it's ok it's ok! I know exactly how you feel. Same thing happened to me. Just hold on to your jeans and have them be your goal. Be sure to do some cardio and toning exercises every day and you'll be back in them in no time! Avoid snacking, and instead, drink 1 or even 2 huge glasses of water. It really fills you up. But don't skip meals, that only slows down your metabolism. You can do it!
