Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I finally started my period.I was two weeks late.Which i guess is cause of my diet.So im not gonna weigh for like a week cause i'll know i'll be like 1 or 2 pounds bigger and that will upset me so i'll just until the last few days where i lose 3 or 4 pounds water weight.
&&i know i havent been eating alot every day but its basically cause its summer and im not having alot of extra time to eat 3 meals so its usually 1 and a half so i just try to eat healthy when i can,but thats probally gonna happen all summer.sooo?idk.

I eat nutrigrain bars as snacks when i get hungry.

you're going to slow down your metabolism and lose muscle by eating only 1 to two times a day. you need healthy snacks every few hours- even if it's just a veggie or a fruit and protein. Hard boiled eggs are so easy to have around. there's really no excuse.
