Ht. 5'8", Start: 234 lb, Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Okay so I guess I've been doing okay recently except for today but I have that under control. I'm trying not to eat anything now but I didn't have supper yet and I'm debating towards whether I should eat or not. I'm going to try to count my calories from now on, eat around 1500/day and exercise a bunch. We still don't have any non-junk foods in my house though..it sucks..

exercising frequently and watching what u eat...i lost alot of weight like that.theres always junk food here,too..take it one day at a time,and stay motivated
