Reply from kristi, Age 19 - 06/15/09 - IP#: 71.98.78.xxx i completly agree that you need to eat more..if your working out 600 calories is not enough...and although you would be losing weight now...when you start eating again...like the normal recomended amount to maintain weight you will gain it all back...try 1200 calories... :D and see how that works out you will prolly feel more energized to!!!
