From kristi, Age 19 - 06/16/09 - IP#: 71.98.78.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 226.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - Hey guys...so today i got called off work because of the rain...so i decided to hit up the corec and work out for a bit...i did a 7:30 min run (a little under a mile) and then biked for 34 min...was shooting for a hour but my mom needed me to pick her up from work so i had to cut it short a little bit but i still had a really good work out...im going to go on a walk with one of my friends later tonight if it stops raining...which i hope it does cause i love my walks at night...food wise so far i didnt do too good..my mgr at work brougt candy tons of it...and i had a few pieces of chocolate...oh well hopefully i worked most of it off when i went running...and biking...im a little disapointed in my self...for lunch i had a turkey and cheese sandwhich and for dinner i think im going to have a big yummy salad again...im so excited im losing weight again...ive been in a platue but im doing okay now...i hope everyone else is too!!
Reply from kristi, Age 19 - 06/17/09 - IP#: 71.98.78.xxx yeah i rememeber reading that too and it was dark chocolate i had...and i didnt have much...well see when i weigh in today if it had a big affect...i remmeber it not saying it was healthy or something but like super duper way better than milk chocolate...at least thats a positive i didnt think about...THANKS GIRL!!
