The only way to get rid of a muffin top is cardio, do at least 30 min of cardio 3-5 times a week like everyone says and the weight will come off wherever it wants to. You cant decide where you want to lose it. As for the chocolate. what I do is if I think im hungry, I get a big glass of water and drink it (slowly) and if you are still hungry 15 minutes later allow yourself HALF of the candy bar. If that doesnt work then if you get that craving just think about... '...if I eat that 1 thing and one thing only will happen, I will feel horrible about it, I will feel like a failure and just give up again. You dont want to give up again because you are well on your way to being healthy and happy.'
