Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 160 lb - okay, so five lbs away from mini goal. anyways i started this new workout from a magazine and it's so hard! but i do feel changes after 4 days. and i also have bball for like 2 hrs so hopefully by the end of this summer i'll be 150! wish me luck! thanks!!!

oh from the june issue of seventeen. they make you do cardio and tone up your butt, legs, arms, and abs.
you guys should try it! its really easy and fun.
they have rest days but instead i still exercise.
