Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 226.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - sooo im really kinda worried...2 of my best friends from out of state are coming to visit me...one eats like a pig...isnt fat but isnt skinny and one is anerexic...yeah i kno bad...and it sucks when i see her because i always get sad...and its just difficult well anyways there both staying with me...soooo this is going to be a interessting weekend if i do say so myself...i work out at the gym so im gonna try to get in a workout now before they get here...and then prolly not be able to work out this weekend because im not leaving them here alone at my house. (its my parents house) were having a really big storm tho and i hate driving in the rain...oh well guess im gonna have to suck it up to get to the gym now wont i ...my ipods broke...which sucks...because i hate working out without it...soooo idk how much ill be able to do at the gym...im thinking about doingg 7:45 on the treadmill will be a mile...then biking like for half an hour...then coming home and showering then my friends will get it....hopefully ill be okay and i hope this weekend doesnt crash my diet just cause my friends will be here cause i really wanna be 220 by a wedding which is in like 2.5 weeks..then by the time i go to a camp at the end of july i wanna be 212 then by the start of school in the milddle to end of august i wanna be 200....then by next summer i wanna be 180 <3 those are all my mini goals..i think they all sounds reasonable except ill be pushing it for my 200 goal...but i can do it...esp if i beat my mini goals faster :D wish me luck for the weekend girls...im sure gonna need it!!
