Reply from Nikki, Age 20 - 06/18/09 - IP#: 71.65.110.xxx I did level 1 day 2 earlier today. Trust me, it gets easier! Although today was horrible, it was WAYYYY worse, and way harder yesterday. You will feel very sore tomorrow, just push through it and DO IT! You will feel so much better afterwards. This workout will make a difference if you stick to it, I just know it. Can't wait to see the results on day 30 =) goodluck
