Reply from DancingDamsel, Age 13 - 06/20/09 - IP#: 74.225.200.xxx You can lose up to 5 pounds, if you cut 1000 a day (500 from your diet and 500 exercising is reasonable). Or, on a more achievable level, you can lose about 3 pounds. Drink lots of water and you will lose even more!
