Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - heyy! I lost 1 of the 4 pounds that I gained! Whoopee! So, today I am going to do level 3 of 30 day shred and circuit 2 of Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I am trying all the circuits out because, in 14 days, I'm going to be done with the 30 day shred and I'm going to need something new. I like the idea of BFBM because it's all cardio (along with some strength and core mixed in) and so you burn tons of calories and lose fat. "Lose up to 5 pounds a week!" We'll see...:-)

Im starting the level 3 today :) i cant wait too! i also wanted to say the 30 day shred you can repeat over and over its not only for 1 month. I've been exercising with anita [modifying the movements making it much easier] but im planning to start next month with natalie [hardcore exercising] so i can lose even more weight. :)
