Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 211 lb (BMI: 39), Goal: 150 lb - So I was supposed to post this yesterday but didn't have time. Well Last Monday (June 15th) I weighed 218lbs, and as of yesterday (June 22nd) I weighed 211lbs. I definitley think the shred had a lot to do with it. I started the shred Wed. (June 17th) This is what I did last week: Mon. 1hr on stationary bike Wed. 1hr on stationary bike, 30 day shred, Thurs. 44mins on stationary bike, 30day shred, Fri. 1 1/2hrs (90mins) on stationary bike, 30 day shred, Sat. 1hr on stationary bike, 30 day shred, Sun. 45mins on stationary bike, 30 day shred. I'm on level one by the way, and I use 10lb weights because that's all I have. I'm soooooo much closer to 200! Can't wait to be under the 200's again!

I hope so! I'm trying on my "tight jeans" (lol) on Day 10, which is Friday. =) I took before pictures too in them, haha...
