From stace, Age 18 - 06/25/09 - IP#: 209.129.16.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 130 lb - NUH UHH! i've been on my weight loss less than a month and i've lost a total of 13 pounds!! i cant believe im in the 160s. im so happy because i havent been in the 160s for 0VER A YEAR! :) i just hope i can maintain this weigh loss because lately i havent been exercising for over a week and didnt eat that great but i still lost weight.. im so happy! :) i wish you all the best of luck and i cant wait for all of us to post on the successful stories page!!!
Reply from stace2KRISTI, Age 18 - 06/26/09 - IP#: 68.8.69.xxx 0H MY G0D! you can! just stay motivated and stay focus! i know you can do it! but at the end of the day its not the scale you should care about, its about how you feel and if the weight you are suits you. and you are 6'0. 0.o oh my god! lucky you! guys like girls with long legs. and when i read your posts you tend to mention how you do long ours on the treadmill and the bike. pshhh i bet they are toning perfectly fine right now. lol. from flappy to fierce is what i always think about when im running. hehe. well thank you. and i wish you luck as well!
