Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 211 lb (BMI: 39), Goal: 150 lb - Just wanted to say, today was day 10 of jillian michaels 30 day shred, I'M OFFICIALLY DONE W/ LEVEL ONE! Level two, here I come! (tomorrow) Hope it doesn't kill me! I did all 10 days in a row, pushed through all the soreness and I'm very proud of myself. Haven't been eating great this week, esp not yesterday, I had a 12" footlong from subway, a big crunchy wrap from taco bell, a surpreme chulupa, 1/2lb beef & potato burrito, and that's just what I ate out on, I ate at home also, so I'm just a tad dissapointed with that but I'm not sweating it.

in the first 5 days I lost 7lbs, then the next 5 days I only lost a pound because I had really poor eating habits this past week. I know it would have been more if I hadn't ate a lot of bad stuff but keep in mind I also do about an hour on the stationary bike each day along with the shred. Sometimes 30-40mins on the bike at the least.
