Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 110 lb - Yay. Ive been eating hella since summer started, but i didn't really gain much weight. like 1 pounds. but anyways. yesterday i started my diet again. I did my monthly detox. (Once a month i jus eat fruit and veggies and drink a crap load of water all day.) And i dropped all the excess water weight! I am now 139. A great start to my diet. Yay

I do cardio 5 times a week. I go on the exercise bike for about 20 minutes, and every week i increase the time by 5 minutes. Every sunday, instead of cardio i do yoga. And wednesday i just take a realllly long walk.

That's really awesome!! How have you been working out, and everything? I really want to lose weight as fast as possible, any tips???
