That will put me in at 1400 calories. And, the calories I don’t use at one meal (say, I don’t eat breakfast) I can use for a snack or for lunch or dinner. Good plan, right?

Reply from Christine, Age 16 - 07/05/09 - IP#: 12.175.230.xxx Ever hear of the phrase "Eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch, and a pauper at dinner"? Reverse all your numbers. After all, you don't need the energy from calories right before you sleep, and your body has to break a fast every morning. 1400 is pretty low, too; are you exercising with this plan? If you are, you're WAY too low. Think closer to 2000 to maintain, so aiming between 1500-1700 for your size seems more reasonable.
