Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 150 lb - errr its been a month and a week i went down 13 pounds. and for the past 2 weeks i havent exercised and havent gained any weight.. i had bad cramps for a week and then the following week i havent ate that great and didnt exercised just cuz i didnt want to. like right now i just had ice cream . ugh i cant believe myself. im disgusted with myself. i hope i get down to 150 by sepetember 1st. do you think i can lose 18 P0UNDS BY THEN? thanks

ya just do cardio at least 3 times a week for 30min to 1hour and dont freak out if you eat ice cream! just make sure you take in less calories than you burn everyday =) youll get there i just know it!
