Ht. 5'3", Start: 166 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 134 lb - can anyone give me any really good cardio excersises??????? PLEEEEEEEASE???

Jumping rope is cheap, easy, and burns a buttload of calories.. If you're not used to it, you'll get REALLY bad tightness & pain in your calf muscles the first couple times.. I could barely walk for a couple days after I started, but around the 3rd time it wasn't so bad.
