Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 150 lb - argh im so frustrated ive lowered my kcal intake and upped my exercise and im still staying the same ! and now ive got swine flu so not allowed to leave the house for a week !!!!!! any tips on how to get my weight loss started again ?! reply to this or email me scb_101@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks Jenna :) thats really helped im almost over it now so im gna start trying some new things and see where it takes me :) ive lost 5lbs since ive been ill but im not happy with it bcos i know ill end up putting it bak on now im better. Thanks for everyones support since ive been ill on my private email. Good luck everyone and keep up the good work xxx

Aww, I really hope you get better soon! Swine flu just hit my school, so you're not alone, we'll probably all get it eventually.. Don;t start trying to lose weight again until you're better! Stick to very gentle exercises, you need rest more than anyone right now.
But when you are better, why not try a different form of exercise, like maybe a workout dvd or dance class? I think there's an exercise style to suit everyone, and you just have to keep looking until you find yours. I think mine may be trampolining :). Good luck and get well soon!
