The good news is that you're tall, which means that you're a stretched out version of whatever you would look like if you were short. I'm 5 foot 11, so I can relate. Weight loss is really the simplest thing, it seems. The only thing you really need to do is eat on a good plan of 1500 calories a day, but it has to consist of healthy foods. Sugar and oils are the enemy. And please exercise! That's pretty much how you do it. If you need some guidance, a few good websites are diethealth.com and sparkteens.com.
