Reply from lakisha, Age 16 - 07/24/09 - IP#: 71.87.97.xxx as a competitive swimmer i swim about 160 laps mon-thurs if you feel tired afterwards you probably got a good workout. as you keep swimming try to build up your endurance and try to do more. swimming really does help!
