Ht. 5'4", Start: 167 lb, Today: 155.8 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 115 lb - i've gotten so hugeee. last summer i was 143 lbs. and now im abut 156!? ugh. but then again..i did have an eating disorder then. idk..i feel disgusting, the only thing that keeps my metabolism up are cigarettes. and i only have them when theyre available. to motivate myself..ill post some stats...even though im bloated from my period.
without sucking in at all...my stomach is 38 inches..it used to be so much smaller :(
my thighs are 24 inches :(
& my arms are 12.5 inches :(
im the fattest person living, ugh.
anyone have any tips that have worked for them?
like dieting tips ?

okayy.. so i am not a mean person so i'm not going to go off on you and tell you that you are over reacting.. plus, i know how you feel. But i asure you no you are not the fattest person living. And smoking is not the way to lose weight. While it may work to lose weight you are doing your body wayyy more damage than good. excersize eat right and drink lots of water. and get a positive attitude! good luck!
