Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 229 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi. I feel like I'm giving up. It's hard to say but I'm afraid it's true. I've tried everything: Drinking water. Gym. Searching for (th)inspiration. Everything lasts only for a very short time. Sure, I drink water during the day, but in the evening I'm starving and eating nonstop. I'm getting fatter everyday. I gained around 20 lbs in only two month. So I'm giving up and I eat what I want to. And how much I want to. At least I'm feeling good then when I eat. And perhaps I'll get used to my bigger body some day. Thanks for your ideas! I wish the best for everybody!

aw sweetie don't give up! never give up just keep telling yourself that you can do it! My mom never thought she could do it but she finally set her mind to it and she went from 240 to 140 and she feels great now.
