Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 221.4 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 200 lb - so this past week ivvve been eating horrible...not a ton of food...just bad food ...oops...i leave for school in 8 days and i really want these 8 days to be amazing...with excerizing so im in shape when my practices start! anywayyys ive almost lost my 20 pounds this summer and i know i can do it! i didnt do anything this weekend just worked...i know i should have worked out iwas just sooo tired...after work today since i get off early i am going to go lift...do abbs..and run 2 miles...then i know ill feel much better about my self...wish me luck and good luck with all of your weightloss :D

ahh that sounds how my day went! i didn't really eat any meals i just snacked all day. well atleast you are going to work out! i'm proud of you for that!
