From stace, Age 18 - 08/10/09 - IP#: 68.8.70.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 120 lb - hey peeps.! well i finally broke into the 150s!! i cant believe i would ever get down this far i remember i was making a comment last month about breaking into the 160s lol. now im breaking into the 150s and i would be lying if i actually said i dreamed of making it into the 150s... :( i thought i would give up like i always do, after i lost 22 pounds. this time im mentally fit, therefore i know for a fact i will not give up! and you know what YOU GUYS ARE ON THE SAME bOAT AS I AM!! PLEASE DONT GIVE UP.! LETS ALL MAKE IT TOGETHER.! im waiting for all of us to post our success stories once and for all.. :)
Reply from stace2serra, Age 18 - 08/13/09 - IP#: 68.8.70.xxx hey.. i lost 22 pounds like 2 and 1/2 months.. and i took like one month off because i was really sick.. anyways this is what i did.. i normally eat healthy and once or twice a week i would eat a slice of pizza or cake :). i normally dont count calories, however i think its around 1300 calories. :) i eat a lot in the morning and by the end of the day around 8 i have a piece of apple or orange nothing more! :) and i exercise every other day.. 1 hour on the treadmill :). my weight loss agenda is flexiable and doable :) take care
