Ht. 5'2", Start: 154 lb, Today: 151.6 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - okay i've been doing really well and i've lost 3lbs in almost a week..i've been going to the gym every otherr day but im soo annoeyed im trying so hard to diet and exercise but theres nothing healthy in fridge anymore jus takeout and junk food..i havent eaten any of it..but thats jus it havent eaten for like 2 dayss now and jus drunk waterr which isnt healthy at all=(

it's better to eat a little bit of junk and keep your metabolism going than not eat. Why don't you go buy some fruits and veggies just for yourself?
