I wasnt saying she had to cut out everything i cut out,im just stating what i did.I ate vegetables, fruits, and it was harder to go out to eat,but c'mon, did you really think there would be an easy way.Oh,and dont jump on me about nutrition,i eventually ate fish and i had peanuts for proteins and i always took my vitamins and drink plenty of water. And i swear, after 2-3 weeks i lost all hunger, and i havent been hungry to this day.

You don't have to cut out all those things to lose weight. The key is to avoid eating junk food, and eat a certain amount of calories with a mix of (complex)carbs, protein, fiber, etc. (plus exercise) Focus more on how much you eat than whether its meat or bread. (But try eating more chicken and fish than beef.) I've been doing this for half a year, and I've lost 25 pounds.

i just wanted to say that even eating badly doesn't ever defeat the purpose of exercise! You burn off some of those calories, plus you're building muscles and physical endurance.
